Overview of Reporting

As a Team Leader, you can view reports from the Motiv iOS or Android mobile app. Reports are based on the time period you select at the top of the reporting page. You can tap to easily toggle between time period selections. 

Team Reporting

Overview

In this section, you will view your team's total Meeting Hours and Emails Sent.

You can tap to toggle between them for a look at each category's graph comparing the current and previous time periods.

Meeting Hours

The Meeting Hours chart breaks down each team member's meeting participation as either an Attendee or the meeting Organizer. The total amount of hours spent as either an Attendee or Organizer is indicated for each on the graph.

Email Overview

This section reports on the total emails Received or Sent by the team as a whole. You can tap to toggle between Received or Sent for a look at each category's graph comparing the current and previous time periods.

Team Members

In this section, you'll find all the members of your team listed. To view an individual report of a team member, tap on their name to open their individual reporting dashboard.

Individual Reporting

Overview

This section provides an overview of the Meeting Hour and Emails Sent by the individual team member. You can tap to toggle between the graph views comparing the current and previous time periods.

Meeting Breakdown

This graph breaks down the team member's total meeting hours along with time spent in those meetings as either an Attendee or Organizer. 

Meets With

In this chart, you will be able to see everyone the team member has met with during the current time period. The total time meeting with each individual is displayed in-line next to their name.

The chart is organized from the person they've met with the most to the least. You can tap the down arrow to expand the lines.

Email Overview

This section breaks down emails Received and Sent by the team member. You can tap to toggle between the time comparison charts for the current and previous periods.
