I'm the Account Owner. How can I transfer ownership to someone else?

Motiv allows for one Account Owner at a time. If you want to retain ownership but allow Admin access to another user, you can assign them an Admin role from the Account page.

To transfer ownership completely, follow these steps:

1. Log into Motiv from a web browser.

2. Click on Account in the navigation bar.

3. Click on the Transfer Account button.

4. Select a *user from the drop-down menu.

5. Click the Transfer Ownership button to confirm the change.

*Ownership can only be transferred to an existing user. If they don't yet have a Motiv account, you can invite them from the Account page.
